“I’ve worked with Chew Bittel on two separate occasions - once on my historic home and recently on my newer home. My first experience working with Ed was such a pleasure. I was a new homeowner who bought a house built in 1857 that had the original standing seam roof. Ed was patient, informative, and thorough, and the crew restored it to its former glory. Fast forward to this week… I relocated to a more modern home and noticed several points of water entry around the house. Every single one of the local siding contractors wanted nothing to do with small repairs - they all tried to sell me $50,000 worth of new siding. Thinking that Chew Bittel wouldn’t travel all the way to my new location, I crossed my fingers and called Ed who remembered exactly who I was, and he came right out. The crew repaired the issues at an incredibly fair price and even returned after the work was done to touch up a spot or two. Chew Bittel’s level of commitment to their clients is unparalleled and I couldn’t be more thankful for their help. You have a client for life. “We had leak in 30 year old roof that got worse over 3 months before we called ChewBittell. They came out immediately and gave us all possible cost estimates, from roof replacement to simple repair. When they started work they discovered that we did not need new roof (yet). They installed/repaired the flashing and added new gutter pieces. Saved us a fortune and they were done in two days. Highly recommend them. And will use them again when we finally do need to replace our 30 year old roof. We had seen their work on other homes before selecting them. All good reviews”
